It is the sole responsibility of the account licensee to set up and maintain their ad campaign and to adjust the content and targeting of the campaign per the licensee’s goals. By licensing Five Minute Ads, the licensee is foregoing the actively managed ad campaign that a traditional marketing agency would supply in order for the licensee to manage his/her own ad campaign. Five Minute Ads and Double C Holdings LLC makes no guarantee to the performance of the supplied ad campaign templates and/or other assets, including any training videos.

Five Minute Ads & Double C Holdings LLC are not liable in the event that your ad account gets shut down by Facebook or your ability to launch & manage ads are negatively impacted by Facebook. Unfortunately over the years, Facebook has proven to shut down ad accounts at will, often as a result of what ads are being run, but often also for no seemingly apparent reason. It is not Five Minute Ads or Double C Holdings LLC's responsibility to get the ad account in an active state with Facebook, as it requires the Facebook account owner to initiate dialogue with Facebook through Facebook's Business Manager support system. 4. CONSTRAINTS
